Here's a shot of the closet after the wall that makes the closet was removed.
This is the floor where the wall to the closet used to be.
Here's the rest of where the wall used to be.
A close-up of the floor, showing the different flooring here. The boards running from top to bottom are the bottom planks of the floor. The dark boards at the bottom of the photo are the planks that I'm going to try to refinish. And the top shows the linoleum that covered it all.
Here is the new closet wall, missing one 2x4 because I ran out.
Notice behind the ladders in the closet is a door frame. At some point, this room must have been two separate rooms.
View of the rest of the room from the closet.

Big-brother John helping out early on drywalling day.
John and Paul were drywalling machines!
They got the stuff on the ceiling in no time.
Mark made a lot of the measurements and cut the drywall while John and Paul were screwing it to the ceiling and walls. He also checked all the walls I built to make sure there were places to screw the drywall in.
Jack helped out by cutting small pieces of wood to screw drywalll in to and by drilling a hole in the floor for a place to run an ethernet cable.
View of Jack checking for level on the closet wall from the "new" window in the bathroom looking into the bedroom. (This window was the result of taking the medicine cabinet down.)
Ahhhh, drywall.
The last piece before we ran out of screws.
Nice work around the window
