Hello 2024!
Life is good! I want to remember this all the time. I really have no complaints and feel very lucky.
For 2024, my goal/theme/focus or whatever you want to call it, is strengthening my legs. My knees are still a quite sore and I think that I if I work hard on strengthening my leg muscles, it will help a lot. So that’s it. That’s really all I want to focus on this year. I’ve already started doing some muscles to strengthen my glutes each morning. And the plan is to just increase my daily movement and avoid long stretches of sitting in a chair. There are still some other projects I’d like to do throughout the year, but those are all secondary to doing things that will help my knees.
